Biography

Mr. Mark Chauvin is former Chief Risk Officer of TD Bank Group and while there, served in a variety of executive roles in the area of risk management and credit risk.

Mr. Chauvin served as Special Advisor at Toronto-Dominion Bank from February 1, 2018 until March 01, 2018. Mr. Chauvin served as the Chief Risk Officer and Group Head of Risk Management at The Toronto-Dominion Bank from December 2006 and May 27, 2010 respectively to January 31, 2018. Mr. Chauvin was responsible to lead TD’s Risk Management functions and represent TD with external regulators including OSFI, FSA and the U.S. Federal Regulators. He served as an Executive Vice-President of Risk Management -Corporate Office at of Toronto-Dominion Bank from December 2006 to May 27, 2010. He served as an Executive Vice-President of TD Bank Financial Group. He serves as an Executive of TD Bank Financial Group Toronto, ON. He served as Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management of Toronto-Dominion Bank. He served as a Director of The Risk Management Association. Mr. Chauvin received his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the University of Windsor.
